Meet the team

Harold Rivas Brito, CPA

Founder Member

Harold is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao, where he also completed a minor in Taxation. He is also a registered Tax Return Specialist with the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.

With more than 10 years of experience in public accounting, Harold has worked with local and international clients at recognized CPA firms, developing efficient tax strategies, solid financial structures, and practical solutions that create meaningful value for his clients. His experience includes individual, partnership, and corporate taxation across industries such as manufacturing, retail, services, real estate, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, transportation, investments, and hospitality.

As an entrepreneur, founder of an accounting firm, and former member of the management team in the tax department of an international accounting firm, Harold brings a unique perspective to his work with clients. His experience has allowed him to understand firsthand the practices and key success factors used by larger organizations and apply them in a practical and effective way to small and medium-sized businesses. His approach combines technical expertise, strategic and tax-oriented thinking, attention to detail, and the effective use of technology to streamline processes and standardize operations.

Génesis k. gonzález Medina

Founder Member

Génesis is an accountant who graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Cayey, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting as well as a second Bachelor’s Degree in Management, strengthening her background in both accounting, finance and business administration. She is also a registered Tax Return Specialist with the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury.

She has a strong background in administration and accounting. With more than eight years of experience, she has worked with small and medium-sized businesses, as well as local and international clients, primarily in Puerto Rico, as part of both local and international CPA firms in the outsourcing and audit departments. Her experience spans a variety of industries, including retail, services, real estate, hospitality and tourism, investments, and restaurants.

As an administrator, entrepreneur, CEO of several companies, and founder of an accounting firm she understands firsthand the challenges business owners face. In addition to her technical background, she brings extensive customer service experience and strongly believes that the best professional relationships are built on trust, communication, and a personal approach. Her commitment is to provide each client with attentive, personalized, and high-quality service while supporting the continued development and growth of their business.

Edwin F. mORALES RODRIGUEZ

Founder Member

Edwin is an Accountant who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He has professional experience in audit, accounting, financial statement preparation, and tax compliance, working with both public accounting firms and independently.

Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, insurance, technology, investments and asset management, nonprofit organizations, professional services, and other small and midsize businesses. His experience includes coordinating audit engagements, supervising staff, preparing and analyzing financial statements, general accounting, tax compliance, and direct client service.

As an entrepreneur and founder of an accounting firm, he combines technical experience with a practical understanding of the challenges business owners face, helping clients not only maintain organized and compliant accounting records, but also understand their numbers and make better-informed decisions.
